These terms cover using PropTrust to find an agent, contact one, or — if you're a CEA-registered salesperson — claim and manage a profile. See also our Privacy policy, which covers how we handle your data.

What PropTrust is
PropTrust is a directory of Singapore property agents built from the CEA Public Register. We show licence status, transaction history where publicly available, and profile details an agent adds after verifying their registration number. We are not a real estate agency, and we are not a party to any transaction, tenancy, or agreement between you and an agent you contact through the site.
Sending an enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form on an agent's microsite, the name, mobile number, message, and any intent tag you provide are sent directly to that agent so they can respond to you. We ask that you only submit real contact details and that you use the form to make genuine enquiries, not to spam agents or send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content.
We rate-limit submissions per visitor and per agent to keep the form usable for everyone; abusing or attempting to circumvent that limit is not permitted.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional for buyers — you can send an enquiry without one — but is required to save agents or to claim an agent profile. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
Claiming and managing a profile
Only the CEA-registered salesperson matching a registration number, or someone they've authorised, may claim that profile. We verify claims against the CEA Public Register before approving them, and we may reject or revoke a claim we believe is fraudulent or unauthorised. An agent who claims a profile is responsible for the accuracy of what they publish on it.
Enquiries addressed to a claimed profile are visible to that agent so they can respond to buyers. An agent must not use enquiry data collected through PropTrust for any purpose beyond responding to that buyer.
Accuracy of listing data
Licence and transaction data comes from the CEA Public Register and URA and reflects those sources as of the date shown; we don't guarantee it's complete or current at the moment you view it, and you should confirm any material fact directly with the agent before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, republish, or resell PropTrust's data at scale; don't attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or the verification checks on agent claims; and don't use the site to collect personal data about agents or buyers for any purpose other than a genuine property enquiry.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.
